Founded in Montréal in 2000, Lazar Equities is a private Real Estate company that is entirely owned by Mark Lazar, who has been involved in real estate investments for 30 years, initially trained under First City Trust Real Estate Investment division and Rodine Syndicated Real Estate. 

Lazar Equities focuses on re-developing and managing a quality portfolio of Residential and Industrial assets in Montréal and Manhattan, NYC. 
Lazar Equities also invests in startups relating to social media, tech and real estate.

We maintain a full in-house management team including acquisition analysis, accounting and construction.

Our goal is to invest long term and build lasting relationships.
